EXACT is delighted to announce the introduction of Presentation Manager 2. We have listened to our valued customers feedback and developed a new and improved version of this tool to streamline even more of the process that comes with creating patient letters. 

From designing appointment reminders to generating treatment plans for your patients, you can now enhance your workflow with the addition of tools such as: 
  • QR codes – Generate and insert user friendly QR codes that link to your patients' online forms, your website or even online booking 
  • Merge fields that can now be ‘drag and dropped’ - Allowing for greater customisability of field placement with the added benefit of being able to preview the merge field text before added 
  • Exporting and sharing within Presentation Manager 2 – Minimise admin time by emailing documents from the template window, sending out via EasyPost or saving straight to PDF 

What’s more, Presentation Manager 2 has been optimised for compatibility with the latest versions of Windows and Microsoft Office – minimising any disruption and enabling you to create letters for your patients from start to finish within Word, without any additional pop out windows. For users more familiar with the original Presentation Manager, rest assured that all the original features are still present in Presentation Manager 2 alongside the new additions – allowing you to continue creating on brand, professional and highly informative communications that will resonate with your patients.
